    Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 20

    Hi,
    When I open program and trying to connect, it displays the ff:
    Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 20
    What should I do?

    Dear brothers
    My problem is that when I open BB5 exe and click to connect then it shows Unexpected Exception auth error 20. Brother i have download Ufs 3 tool and I do not know how to use it Please send the using method to use it. I do not want to lost my box with any wrong step.
