hello i recieved the xtcclip today
but when i conect to pc my pc doesnt see clip
what to do now ??? because i dont have the software to work with the clip now

please use a normal usb cable if possible, not a too thin one. Connect it to pc and your computer will see the clip as a drive. After this if the software don't autorun, click on the drive and the software will start.

maybe you have disabled "autorun", click on my computer to see all drives add check if u can see the drive called "xtc clip"

no i dont see XTC CLIP and i have 4 pc´s and i tryed them all but not working on any of them so i think there is a problem with the clip

have a look at my screenshot first. if you cannot see it like this in your PC, download the software from here: XTC-Clip.rar and if your clip is okay it should start and buttons should be active, this is just for test.

well i try to contact my "reseller" but he is not responding not on email i sended tru the website xtcclip.com and also not responding on the msn message i left him
so hopefully you can understand that i am getting a littlebit pissed because i was verry quick in my order and payment so now i realy need some backup please
who can tell me who is responsable for xtcclip.com or who can change it for me ???
well i just called uk rebel office and hopefully they can help me i have to cal back tomorrow
