It is possible that the network unlock code for your Nokia X3 is not available yet.
This phone is a new model Nokia phone and you have to hold on a while for the unlock code to come out.So you cannot unlock the phone for now because the unlock code is not availble yet.

If you could mention your cellular operator name and country, I could help you better.
There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. If your contract period is complete you can ask your cellular operator for the unlock code. But, they do make it very difficult for you to get the code.

Unlocking via unlock code is the safe way to unlock..you can try unlocking via unlock code and try codes either from your provider or can get it from Theunlockspot.com and get codes to unlock your Nokia X3..
