My Vodafone My400v was sucessfully unlocked using this procedures:

Baud rate of prolific USB to Serial (115200) should be the same with baud rate setting JAF-S (115200). In my case also, only JAF-S software is running to maximize CPU Speed.

PROBLEM:
How can I enter codes when I Insert an UNACCEPTED SIM, it says SIMLOCKED...
In SIM LOCKED window, I can only type 8 digits... Code is 10 Digits...

This syntax dont work with SIM LOCKED phone status
1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Allowed SIM Card,
2 - Phone will show "SIM VERROU"
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you.




After conversation with NLOGOMASTER (Jake), Informed me to:
1. On SIM LOCKED window of unit, key in first 8 digits of first code received. Wait until countdown timer finishes. It should show complete if successfull code is key-in. If not ok, go to next step.
2. On SIM LOCKED window again of unit, key in first 8 digits of second code received. Wait until countdown timer finishes. It should show complete if successfull code is key-in

yes you can just make sure baudrate from box com selection and Jaf-s baudrate selection are the same.
