tomorrow we start the exchange for damaged smart cards.
for those killed their JAF smart card by using "killer" software from Manole and Zulea here is the replacement policy. Please follow the instructions and post ALL INFORMATION, posts where some information is wrong or incomplete will be deleted since we CAN NOT exchange without this information.
User MUST post in this THIS THREAD follow information:
- pkey serial number
- date of purchase
- name of reseller
- your contact phone number
- your email adress
- your country
- the name of the reseller which provided you the exchange pkey
- the serial number of the new exchanged pkey which you received from your reseller.
Please post here JUST THE INFORMATION REQUIRED, do not post here anything else, except the details needed, otherwise it will be deleted.

If you have allready recieved your replacement and it has to be activated, please post it in this thread: http://forums.phone-tools.cn/showthread.php?t=17230 if you are not posting the details needed for activation we CANNOT ACTIVATE it and the post will be delted until you are posting all information needed for exchange!!!

Download software only from http://files.odeon.cn because as i said, i will not replace any card which is killed after 15 DEC !!!
In order to avoid misunderstandings, resellers which are selling clone pkey and their customers are excluded from this exchange procedure !!!
